Ingredients

2 packets of Qetoe Rice
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup chopped veggies (capsicum, spinach, zucchini)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 tbsp curry powder or spice mix
- 1/3 cup grated cheese
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together (except cheese).
- Transfer to a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins until golden.
