I love it, it is the perfect substitute for rice and I pair it up with my oven roasted meats or curries !!!

They are my favourite Qetoe products. I'm diabetic and they don't raise my blood sugars. I use them for Asian style stir frys, and into.soups in place of other noodles eg, chicken mushroom noodle soup.

Pretty impressed. I did leave it a lot longer to steep than is recommended after my husband followed the instructions. Strange texture but that might just be me getting used to it. Added cooked chicken to pimp it up and it was a hearty meal for almost 60g protein and only 360 cals in total. Would be great if you had mild/medium/hot spice options.

The rice was perfect!
I have tried a lot of gluten-free noodles over the years, and the Ketoe Gluten Free Noodles are by far my favourite. They have a fantastic texture that doesn't go mushy or fall apart, and they soak up sauces beautifully. This bowl is one of my go-to meals—loaded with chicken, fresh vegetables, and a spicy sauce—and the noodles hold up every time. Great to amp up protein in meatless dishes. Sunday meal prep sorted. Equally great to throw in your work draw for days when you have nothing organised. Your nutrition doesn’t have to go out the window. The texture of these isn’t quite your usual 2 minute noodles texture, but it’s so worth it for the convenience and the macros.

If you compare my photo of the noodles to those you see in quetoe ads, you will see they vary greatly. Then, the flavour is horrible. They taste of rubber and plastic… nothing like noodles. Finally, the packaging is unacceptable… plastic upon plastic. If you care about nothing but macros, I guess they’re the noodle for you. If you care about flavors, taste, price and sustainability, steer clear away…

I have been ordering the low carb Rice for at least a year now and find it to be an excellent alternative to normal rice. I have found the low carb Rice and Penne to be the most authentic tasting of the Qetoe range so far. A very healthy and tasty alternative to full carb rice and pasta.
The texture of noodle is not like instant noodle, even not similar. But this noodle makes me full easily. I will try to find another way to make it better, maybe try dry noodles!

I like the texture of rice, tastes great no chemical taste. Easy to chew just like normal rice. Might be soft than some of rice.

Stir fry noodles I cook the noodles drain them and then fry the noodles to get crispy no oil need, add chicken,vegetable's and omelette!
