Ingredients

1 pack Qetoe Fettuccine
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200g prawns (peeled and deveined)
- 50g blue brie cheese, chopped
- 3 tbsp thickened cream (or more to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, to serve
- Optional: chilli flakes
Directions
- Cook the pasta:
- Add Qetoe Fettuccine to a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 1 more minute. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the prawns:
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add prawns and sauté until pink and cooked through.
- Make the sauce:
- Lower the heat. Add chopped blue brie and stir until melted. Pour in the cream and stir until the sauce is smooth and silky.
- Combine:
- Add cooked Qetoe Fettuccine to the pan. Toss gently to coat the pasta with the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and optional chilli flakes.
- Serve:
- Plate up and top with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
