Fresh, crunchy, and full of spring veggies — this chilled sesame noodle salad is the ultimate light lunch or side dish. Made with Qetoe Low Carb Noodles, it’s quick, flavourful, and perfect for warmer days.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Qetoe Noodles
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Fresh coriander to garnish
Directions
Rinse and chill Qetoe Noodles.
Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar into a dressing.
Toss noodles with carrot, cucumber, cabbage, and spring onion.
Drizzle dressing, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with coriander.
