GARLIC CHILLI OIL NOODLES WITH CRISPY EGGS
Delicious, comforting Garlic Chilli Oil Noodles topped with crispy eggs, made low-carb with Qetoe noodles. This recipe is a satisfying indulgence, perfect for those following a low-carb or keto diet.
Ingredients

1 pouch Qetoe Low Carb Noodles

2 large eggs

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 red chilli, sliced

2 spring onions, sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry until the edges are crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
Add minced garlic and sliced chilli, frying for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper, mix well to combine and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the Qetoe Low Carb Noodles in the microwave for 1-2 minutes as per package instructions. Add noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic chilli oil.
Serve the noodles hot, topped with the crispy eggs and garnished with spring onions.
