LOVE IT! Seriously the BEST non-pasta past out there! The texture and taste is the closest to a normal wheat pasta I've had, and I absolutely love it. It's really versatile with use of flavours - use these in both italian and asian style dishes. I also love that you can buy it in bulk online... I'll be setting up a subscription soon as I go through SO much!

I have bought many pasta fakes over the years when I want to lose weight, this pasta doesn’t taste like pasta,( obviously) but you get that pasta mouth in your mouth feel, the taste you get used to in just a few bites and with a nice sauce it’s great. I eat it happily whenever I cook pasta for my family. Plus, you only need a little to be satisfied since it’s so high in protein and I don’t get any weird bloat after eating it like other mixed legume and grain pasta on the market. Definitely will keep using this pasta!
