Ingredients
- 1 pack Qetoe Penne
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- Salt and pepper
- Grated parmesan to serve
Directions
Cook Qetoe Penne according to instructions on the pack. Drain and set aside.
