This Korean Beef Qetoe Rice Bowl is a low carb twist on a comfort food classic. Made with Qetoe Low Carb Rice, garlic beef, kimchi, and a fried egg — it’s sweet, salty, spicy, and seriously satisfying.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Qetoe Rice
- 150g beef mince
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Spring onions & sesame seeds
- Kimchi & fried egg to serve
Directions
- n a pan, cook garlic and beef mince over medium heat until browned.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir and simmer for 2 more minutes.
- Heat Qetoe rice using the absorption method (pour boiling water just to cover, let sit 5 mins) or microwave with water for 1 min and fluff.
- Serve rice topped with beef, kimchi, fried egg, spring onion, and sesame seeds.
