A silky, garlicky cream sauce loaded with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and juicy chicken — all hugging each piece of Qetoe Penne perfectly. Low carb but so comforting, you’ll forget it’s healthy!

Ingredients

1 pack Qetoe Penne
- 400g chicken breast or thigh, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Directions
Prepare the penne
- Bring salted water to a boil, add Qetoe Penne, turn off heat immediately, and let it sit for 5–6 minutes. Taste at 5 minutes for al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
Make the sauce
- Lower heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 sec). Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
Creamy base
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and thickened.
Add greens & combine
- Stir in baby spinach and let it wilt. Return chicken to the pan. Add Qetoe Penne and toss until everything is coated in that dreamy sauce.
Finish
- Garnish with fresh basil if using. Serve hot and enjoy every creamy bite!
