Quick Low-Carb Noodle Carbonara


  • 200g Qetoe low-carb noodles
  • 150g diced pancetta or bacon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  1. Cook Noodles: Prepare Qetoe noodles according to package instructions.

  2. Cook Pancetta/Bacon: In a skillet, cook diced pancetta/bacon until crispy. Set aside.

  3. Make Sauce: Whisk eggs, Parmesan, and cream. Season with pepper.

  4. Sauté Garlic: In skillet, sauté minced garlic in bacon fat.

  5. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked noodles to skillet. Mix in pancetta/bacon.

  6. Add Sauce: Remove from heat. Pour egg mixture over noodles, stirring constantly.

  7. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
