  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup of julienned carrots
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Optional garnishes: Kewpie mayo, bonito flakes, toasted sesame seeds, and/or additional green onions

  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp natural sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp of Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) or red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Season Prawns or preferred protein with salt and pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

  • Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp or chosen protein and cook for about 2 minutes or until opaque. Remove and set aside.

  • Toss in the cooked shrimp, Qetoe Low Carb Noodles, and sauce. Mix well until the noodles are coated evenly. Add green onions and combine. Garnish with your choice of optional toppings. Enjoy!
