Qetoe Low Carb Beef Stir Fry Noodles

Low Carb Beef Stir Fry Noodle Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into small strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, black pepper, soy sauce, egg, corn starch, and vegetable oil. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, bring some water to a boil and add the sliced carrots and broccoli. Let it boil for about 2 minutes, then remove it from heat and drain the water.
  3. Heat up a saucepan or wok with vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef and cook until it's browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside.
  4. In the same saucepan, add diced garlic, ginger, and sliced green onions. Stir-fry for a minute or until fragrant.
  5. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the boiled vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a minute.
  6. Mix the corn starch and water together in a separate bowl until well combined. Add this mixture to the pan and stir-fry for another minute, or until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Add the cooked beef to the pan and stir-fry everything together for a minute or until the beef is heated through.
  8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
