Ingredients:

  • 2 packs (80g each) Qetoe Low Carb Rice
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
  • 100g cream cheese (softened)
  • 200g cooked salmon chunks
  • 1/2 cup Japanese mayo
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • Green onions, sesame seeds for garnish
  • Nori sheets

Instructions:

  1. Cook Rice: Prepare Qetoe Rice with water as per instructions. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Season Rice: Mix rice with sushi vinegar and cream cheese.

  3. Make Salmon Mix: Combine salmon chunks, mayo, and Sriracha.

  4. Assemble: Layer rice in a dish, top with salmon mix.

  5. Bake: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.

  6. Top & Serve: Garnish with avocado, tomatoes, green onions, and sesame seeds. Serve with nori sheets. Enjoy!
