Satisfy your spicy noodle cravings with this 15-minute low carb Korean noodle bowl made with Qetoe Noodles, gochujang, kimchi, and egg. Big flavour, low carbs.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Qetoe Low Carb Noodles
- 1 tsp gochujang
- 1 tsp soy or tamari
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 boiled egg
- 1/4 cup chopped kimchi
- Spring onion + sesame or chilli flakes to top
Directions
- Prep your Qetoe noodles:
- Soften Qetoe noodles according to pack instructions (rinse or soak in hot water until soft and chewy). Drain well and set aside. Make your sauce base:
- In a small pan or wok over medium-low heat, add gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir gently for 1–2 minutes until the gochujang breaks down into a glossy, slightly thickened sauce. Reduce heat to low. Add noodles:
- Toss the cooked Qetoe noodles into the pan with the sauce. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes, making sure the noodles are fully coated in that spicy, savoury mix. Turn off heat. Plate and garnish:
- Serve noodles in a shallow bowl. Top with halved boiled egg, a scoop of kimchi, and a sprinkle of chopped spring onion. Add sesame seeds or chilli flakes for extra flair if you like it fiery.
