Ingredients

2 packs Qetoe Noodles (thick white udon-style)
- 250g ground pork
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Spring onions to garnish
Directions
- Brown the pork in a pan with garlic and miso paste until cooked through.
- Add mushrooms and cabbage, cook until softened.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
