Try these Ginger Soy Veggie Noodles made with Qetoe Low Carb Noodles – packed with flavour, low in carbs, and ready in just 10 minutes! Gluten-free option.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Qetoe Low Carb Noodles
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional for depth)
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/4 cup snow peas
- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, spring onion, chilli flakes
Directions
- Prep the Noodles
- Rinse or soak Qetoe noodles in hot water for a few minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Veggies
- Heat a little oil in a pan or wok. Add grated ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Toss in broccoli, zucchini, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add Noodles & Flavour
- Add Qetoe noodles to the pan. Drizzle over soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- Serve Hot
- Plate up, and if desired, garnish with sesame seeds, spring onion, or chilli flakes for an extra kick.
