Ingredients

4 Qetoe Lasagna Sheets
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach, wilted (steam or sauté lightly)
- 1 cup passata or your favourite tomato sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
- Boil the Lasagna Sheets:
Boil Qetoe lasagna sheets for 1-2 minutes until flexible. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Ricotta Mix:
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, wilted spinach, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Assemble Layers:
- In a small baking dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce. Layer 2 lasagna sheets over the sauce. Spread half the ricotta and spinach mixture over the sheets. Add another layer of sauce. Repeat with the remaining pasta and ricotta mixture.
- Top & Bake:
- Finish with a generous layer of shredded mozzarella on top. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
